About Per Sekhmet
Per Sekhmet is a virtual sanctuary honouring the goddess Sekhmet, the powerful Lady of Destruction and Creation, Pestilence and Healing, also known as the Mistress of Dread in Ancient Egyptian mythology. Here you can present her with your prayers and requests, and request offerings be given to her on your behalf.
You will also find prayers, hymns, songs, and poetry written for Sekhmet. Unless otherwise noted, all modern written work was written by myself (Sekhmetgemetnebu). Ancient writings will be identified as such, along with where they're from, who translated it, when it was written, if known, and any other relevant information.
I will also be including her mythology and a list of her epithets, as they are extensive and it would be nice to find them here.
